Mr. K. K. Ahsan Wagan holds two Master degrees in Public Administration and other in Master of International Trade Law and WTO Law. He started his career in Civil Service of Pakistan and served in the Prime Minister’s Secretariat as Assistant Secretary (Economic and Finance Wing) in 1995 – October 1996.

He joined the Foreign Service of Pakistan in 1996. He has worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from February 1997- October 2000 and September 2005 - June 2006. He remained posted as Second Secretary in the Embassy of Pakistan, Kathmandu, Nepal from November 2000 to August 2004.

He joined the Consulate General of Pakistan, Los Angeles in June, 2006. He is married with 4 children.
