Issuance of VISA to Pakistani (holding U.S Passport)

Fees and Processing Time:

This is the fees requirement for the Pakistani’s holding U.S Passport.

“For all other Nationals, issuance of VISA depends on policies of Government of Pakistan as well as their cases/paperwork”.

“In certain cases, the administrative processing may require clearance from Islamabad and time frame for such cases cannot be ascertained/guaranteed”.

*Same day VISA issuance is subject to completion of documents required submitted at the consulate.

N.B. Timings to submit documents in person are from 9:30 A.M to 12:30 P.M Monday to Thursday and 9:30 A.M to 12:00 P.M on Friday, unless announced holidays.

N.B. If you have been issued a NICOP/POC Card, it ensures VISA free entry on your U.S Passport and does not need to apply for Pakistani VISA in this case.

Requirements:

• Complete VISA form.
  
  
• Submit original U.S Passport
  
  
• Submit copy of Pakistani Passport and CNIC/NICOP Card, whether valid or expired.
  
  
• If above is not available, as a alternative supporting document provide birth certificate, academic credentials issued from Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan.
  
  
• 2 × 2 size two current passport size photographs front view and on a white background.
  
  
• Proof of residence i.e U.S State Id, Driver’s License.
  
  
• Fee in the shape of money order or cashier’s cheque payable to the Consulate General of Pakistan. Merchant charges applicable. Cash or personal cheques are not acceptable. Fees is non refundable.
  
  
• Prepaid self-addressed return envelope for applications sent by courier mail. US Postal Service with tracking number is preferable.
